Sivahari Builders Private Ltd is offering Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Villas and Flats within the Trivandrum Corporation areas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 AMC fee is fixed as Rs. 3.00 per sq.ft. The minimum area, that is to be taken up for maintenance contract is 1000 sq.ft..
2 AMC - applicable only for Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry works is as follows
(a) Electricals - Electrical fixtures excluding home appliances and air conditioners.
(b) Plumbing - Leakage, Block clearings, changing of sanitary fixtures.
(c) Carpentry - Lock changing, changing of Hinges, Windows glass changing, Hook and tower bolt changing and Shutter maintenance.
3 Labour charges will be absolutely free and materials are to be arranged by the owner of the premises if required.
4 Payments are to be made immediately by Cash/Local clearing Cheque / Demand draft.
5 Applications forms are to be filled by the owner of the premise, with valid address proof.
6 Complaints can be registered through Telephone/Website/Directly and our technicians will attend the problem within 24 hours.
7 AMC is valid for 12 months from the date of registration and renewal is required after the AMC period. At the time of renewal, extra benefits will be offered by Sivahari Builders.
